The Berakah (Blessing)

HKRB
BRKH ( 227 )

This is a rite of consecration for a meal. It's purpose is to seek to constantly remind one of the spiritual nature of all aspects of life. It should be performed prior to eating the main meal of the day.

1. Give three knocks.
2. Say, "KHABS AM PEKHT. KONX OM PAX. Light in Extension."
3. Make a cross over the meal and say, "May this food, grown in the soil of the Kingdom, maintain my body and nourish my soul. Thus sustained, we reach ever toward the heights of Kether. Thus sustained, may we follow the Path of Knowledge that leadeth unto the Light".
4. Give three knocks.
5. Say, "KHABS AM PEKHT. KONX OM PAX. Light in Extension."
